International Baccalaureate

The program of the International Baccalaureate is a rigorous pre-university curriculum. The exams are organized at the international level by the International Baccalaureate Organization (I.B.O.), whose seat is in Geneva (Switzerland). |

Developed as a comprehensive two year curriculum responding to the requirements of various national educational systems, and integrating the best elements of these different Schemes, the I.B. program is offered in more than 1000 schools in about one hundred countries all around the world, including all western countries.

The I.B. diploma is officially recognized in more than 95 countries where formal agreements exist between the ministries of education and the IBO. The diploma is accredited in the universities of 47 countries, including the University of Lomé in Togo and the University of Dakar in Senegal and all the well-known western universities as the Sorbonne and Paris X Nanterre in France, Toronto and Ottawa (Ontario) and McGill (Quebec) in Canada, Oxford in England, Harvard and Yale in the United States, etc. * |
