Arc-en-ciel Service is a non-profit making association whose purpose is to contribute to the sustainable development of the country by promoting a moral and intellectual education based on an inquiry approach and the participatory method.

Through cycles of training and monitoring, the social entrepreneur has trained in school management, development of positive environment in education, attitude of the teacher towards the child with a detailed annual curriculum to follow. Arc-en-ciel Service reserves the right to assess the quality of instruction through regular cycles of evaluation and school visits .

To achieve this goal Arc-en-ciel Service agrees to train local entrepreneurs and provide credit to initiate their own school. After being selected by the executive committee, the social entrepreneur receives skills and attitudes to successfully develop her or his own quality school in the community
